He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack W. and Mary G. Miller (Hersch). He is survived by : his wife Karen Miller (Darr); his children, Tim Miller (Jennifer), Lori Albright (Cory), Brenda Nicholson (Brian) and Mike Miller; his grandchildren, Christopher Albright, Isabella, Gracen, Olivia Miller and Madison Nicholson; his siblings, Mary Libengood (Larry) and Allen J. Miller (Carlen); and his mother-in-law Eleanor Darr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Viewing was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Meyersdale Area Ambulance or Meyersdale Fire Department in Bill's name.
