He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick" Sines. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Jean "Mandy" Sines (Baker); his sons, Landen Craig, Silas William and Solomon Richard Sines; his mother Kathy Ellen Sines (Shipley); and his siblings, Julie Sarver (Michael) and Richard Lee Sines Jr. (Amy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family for his sons' education.
