He was predeceased by: his parents, McClain Mitchell and Ada Mitchell (Crossgrove); his wife Rachel Minium; and his brother Richard Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Faith Weikel (Rudy), Carla Hoover (Kenneth) and Dane Mitchell (Kaethe); his grandchildren, Conor Mitchell (Sarah), Niki Mitchell (Karl), Dustin Weikel (Alisa), Linsey Trego (Chris), Jill Hamilton (Johnny), Amber Hoover (Matt), Kitawna Hoover (Tony) and Dylan Hoover (Jillian); his great grandchildren, Shayla Mummey, Sophia, Olivia, Alex, Amelia Trego, Emmitt, Zoey Hamilton and Lyndon Hoover; his close friend Mary Inch; Donovan and Dion Inch.
