It is with sadness that the passing of Carol Cook of Middleburg, Pennsylvania is shared. Carol, born on December 10, 1940, passed away on October 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Dauberman and Josephine S. Dauberman (Knepp); her granddaughter Kelly Kinsey; and her siblings, Marjorie Mitch, Beatrice Guernsey, June Yost, John, Alfred and Robert Dauberman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Snook, Donna Cook, Carrie Cook and Tammy Cook (Jonathan Malick); and her siblings, Linda Newcomer, Gloria Kratzer, Jerry Dauberman and Kenneth Dauberman. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Hummel Funeral Home (574 Hill St, Middleburg, PA 17842).
