As Maxine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Maxine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Maxine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Homiak and Blanche Vera Homiak (DeWalt); and her husband Richard R. "Bimbo" Wagner.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hummel Funeral Home (574 Hill St, Middleburg, PA 17842). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
