She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. and Mary McConnell, Sr. (Badman); and her sister Gloria McConnell. She is survived by: her husband John Wagner of Middlebury Center; her daughter Lori West (Brandon) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Mason Robinson of Mansfield, Olivia West of Mansfield and Emmitt West of Mansfield; and her brother Robert McConnell, Jr. (Barb) of Mansfield. She is also survived by three nieces and a nephew.
