With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy Eppinger of Middletown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard R., Sr. and Lenora R. Noel (Kreiser); and her brother Barry E. Noel. She is survived by: her son Kerry A. Eppinger (Leah) of Hummelstown; and her grandson Owen J. Eppinger of Hummelstown.
