He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Kennedy Auker; and his siblings, Bonnie Eckman, Lynn Plantholt and Jay Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Ann Shenk; his son Jason Chambers of Ohio; his stepson Jason Shearer (Krystle) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Olivia Troutman, Arlo Shearer and Vivien Shearer; and his sister Sunnie Dringenburg (Larry) of Newport News, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home (114 W Main St, Hummelstown, PA 17036). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
