He was predeceased by : his parents, Rodney Howard and Amner Howard; his siblings, Eunice and Curtis; and his daughter Heidi Lyn Howard.
He is survived by : his family Gradyville; his daughter Bonnie Collins (Kevin) of Rutledge; his grandchild Shannon; his wife Marilyn M Howard; and his grandson Sean Collins.
