We announce the death of Helen Louer of Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2026, at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luban Mrakovich and Minerva Mrakovich (Wilt). She is survived by: her husband Robert R. Louer; her children, Robert R. Louer, Jr. (Susan) of Middletown, David L. Louer (Danielle) of Middletown and Renee M. Radle (Mike) of Harrisburg; and her siblings, Rodney Mrakovich of Middletown and Shirley Orlowski of North Carolina. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
