He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Pannebaker and Catherine Pannebaker. He is survived by: his wife Lyn Pannebaker (Walter); his children, Jeff Pannebaker (Sue), Renee Bench (Thad) and Traci Hulstine; and his grandchildren, Thad Bench II, Morgan Bench and Violet Hulstine.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Middletown Cemetery (675 N Spring St, Middletown, PA 17057). A burial will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
