We announce the death of Joan E. (Soulliard) Burnette of Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2026, at the age of 73. Joan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Soulliard and Betty Soulliard (McCurdy); and her husband Leo C. Burnette, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Kubick and Donald Teets, Jr. (Nicole); her grandchildren, Alex, Rylie and Devon; her sister Mary Kepp; and her son-in-law David Kubick. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
