She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Leabhart and LaRue Leabhart (Alloway); her husband William M. "Bill" Brode; and her siblings, Reed Alloway, Carol Miller, Dick, Gary, Ted Leabhart, Peggy Wright and Nancy Fessler.
She is survived by: her sons, William Brian Brode (Rebecca (Young)) of Little Valley and Michael Todd Brode (Connie (Griffith)) of Little Valley; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn (John Thomas "J. T."), Shatzer, Laura Brode, William Philip Brode (Amber Stamm) and Nathan Brode; and her great grandchildren, Kane and Brody Shatzer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Akers Funeral Chapel (715 Church St, Saxton, PA 16678). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
