Rowe (Kate) of Annville, PA and Sheila Rowe; her great-nieces, Ava Rowe of Annville and Alecia Bowser; her great-nephew Jackson Bowser of Waynesboro, PA; and her aunts, Marlene Rowe of Arlington, VA and Madylon Rowe of Northeast, PA.
