He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hershey and Evelyn Hershey (Rider). He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Condran); his close friend Tyler Rabuck (Tracy); and his sisters, Edith Horting (Robert), Lois Chocklette and Phylis Aungst (Robert). He is also survived by Godsons, and God daughters and many nieces and nephews.
