He is survived by: his daughters, Marie Fuoti (Daniel) and Debra Goggin; his brothers, Donald Bilger (Helen Toutkoushian) and Dennis Bilger (Sharon); his grandchildren, Danielle Fuoti (Chris Gabner), Greg Fuoti (Courtney), Tyler Goggin (Victoria) and Tanner Goggin; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Bella, Sophia of Cataleya, TJ, Trace and True.

Memorial contributions in Milton's name may be made to Serenity Hospice of Pennsylvania, 205 Granite Run Dr. Lancaster, PA 17601.
