She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Welsh and Dorothy Mikan (Bretz); and her siblings, Susan and Mark Welsh. She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Lentz, Donna Fallinger, Paul Welsh Jr. (Jackie), Jeannie Kreiser, Sandra Blouch (Michael) and Gary Welsh (Diana); her friends, Leroy Cleland and Joanne Rehrer; and her close friend Cocoa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
