He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Kinsey; his parents, Harold, Sr. Kinsey and Dorothy Kinsey; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold, Jr. and Robert; his children, Todd Crow (Marion Molloy), Melanie Kinsey, Craig Kinsey (Colleen Kelly) and Brad Kinsey (Jennifer Kinsey); his grandchildren, Justin (Dea Dixon), Kristen (Caleb Garfinkel), Michael, Kevin, Kelly (Dorian Young), Marley Nate (Jack Rech) and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Aliana, Justin Jr., Paige, Millianne, Ayana and Nori.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Richard's name to the Middletown American Legion.
