He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Lebo (Kinsey); his daughter Sherri L. Smith of Harrisburg; his granddaughters, Allison Westhafer (Christian) of Harrisburg and Cameryn Smith of Harrisburg; and his great grandchildren, Finley Westhafer and Fallon Westhafer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services (260 E Main St, Middletown, PA 17057). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
