She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Calhoun and Vivian Calhoun (Vaughn); her husband Charles H. Brashears, Jr.; her son Rick Brashears; and her sisters, Virginia Brashears, Vera Martin and Sandy Yetter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
