He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Duncan and Kathryn Duncan (Bryan); and his son William. He is survived by: his spouse Whynonna J. Duncan (Sine); his children, Sheryl, Michele and Darlene; and his stepdaughter Kathy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
