It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Elwood Lowe of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George J. Lowe and June A. Lowe (Kichman); and his son William Edward Lowe. He is survived by : his wife Linda L. Lowe (Cunningham); his daughter Angela L. Lowe; his stepson John H. Rehrer (Mika); his siblings, Harry Lowe and Georgia Shuller; and his grandchildren, Justin, Alyssa and Kaito Rehrer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
