He was predeceased by: his sister Hila Jean; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Carnes and Jim Edwards. He is survived by: his wife N. Jean Rowley; his children, Robert L. Rowley, Kimberly L. Blackburn (Jeff) and Rhonda J. Reddinger (Randy); his brother William R. Rowley (Eva); and his grandchildren, Sara Bain, David Rowley, Chrissy Helwig, Daniel Blackburn, Charity Ulrich, Lucas Reddinger, Nathan Blackburn and Benjamin Blackburn. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Church.
