He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Blair (Bailey); his daughters, Lisa Mackey (Tom), Kathy Fong (Todd) and Tricia Hajnas (Joe); his grandchildren, Greg Modany (Jessica), Andrew Modany, James Fong (Jorie) and Courtney Reed (Chad); his great grandchildren, Angelina, Jaycee, Carter, Aurora and Wayde; and his brother Robert Blair (Lois).
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009).
