He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Diamond and Opal Diamond; his stepfather Howard White; his sisters, Roberta Bartley (Ray) and Jewell Chaffee (John); and his sister-in-law Sally Henderson (Lester).
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his pet Tookie; his children, Dale "Dewey" Diamond (Jean), Shawna Michael (Darryl) and Robin Eror (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kayla Dennis (Michael), Lindsay Glass (Greg), Cody Eror, Lacey Balco (Brett), E. J. Clark (Sheena), Brandi Hunter (Riley) and Leanne Nagle; his stepbrother Howard White Jr. (Faye); and his sister-in-law Nancie Wolfe (Jim). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home Inc. (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Midland American Legion Post 481 in Sonny's honor.
