He is survived by: his daughter Meagan Scott; his grandchildren, Haydenn and Savannah Scott; his sister Susan Davis; his siblings-in-law, Tim Minehart and Cindy Puvak (Frank); his stepsiblings, Karen Kennedy and John McElhaney; his niece Jaimie Wilson (Matthew); his nephews, Dan Puvak (Aimee) and David Larnino; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jennifer, Anthony, Drew and Nicole Larnino.
