She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman E. Heimbach and Mildred E. Heimbach (Aikey); her husband Albert L. Smith, Jr.; her daughter Virginia Mowery; and her siblings, Richard, Leroy, Marlin, David, Harry, George, Margaret, Martha, Jenny and Thelma.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria J. Phillips of Milton; her grandchildren, Lana Collier, Naomi, Jonathan Phillips and David (Elizabeth Phillips); her great grandchildren, Justin, Christian Mummey, Keaton, Quinn, Kamden Phillips, Mason and Brynnlee Phillips; her siblings, Twila Loss of Mifflinburg, Joyce Gamble of Northumberland and Merrill; and her sister-in-law Carol Heimbach of Mifflinburg.
