He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marlyn and Ruth Steese (Miller); and his brothers, Charles Marlyn Steese, II and John Palm Steese. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joan M. Steese of Warner Robins, Georgia; and his extended family, Linda and Steve Resseguie (family: Steve Spangler, Terry Trutt). He is also survived by three nephews; three nieces.
C Carol and Jim Schwartz June 27, 2022 12:08 PM George was a borough manager of Mifflinburg who frequently walked the streets, seemed to know everyone's job including his own, greeted the citizens, and, after retirement, enjoyed stopping in at McDonald's to drink a coffee and work on a crossword puzzle (before COVID).
