She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt F. Zimmerman and Nettie Zimmerman (Christman); her husband Kenneth L. Smith; and her siblings, James Zimmerman, Jean Reading and Barbara Mullany.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Anne Smith) of Mifflinburg, Scott (Sue Smith) of Mifflinburg, Stephen "Fred" Smith (Sam Smith) of Mifflinburg and Elizabeth "Betsy"; her son-in-law Donnie Wickline of Prince George, Virginia; and her sister Doris Galer of Middleburg. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
