He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Dunkle and Gladys Dunkle (Gessner); and his siblings, Thelma Aikey, Jean Klinger, John Dunkle and Kenneth Dunkle.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ann Adams; his children, Rebecca Ann Dunkle and Eric Roger Dunkle (Nicole); and his granddaughter Ellary Arica Bunting.
