He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earl and Frances K Garner (Fogie); and his daughter Robin Su Garner. He is survived by: his children, Toni L. Bair (Scott), Bruce F. Garner, Jr. (Tina Baum), John "Bones" Garner (Jennifer Lauver) and Timothy E. Garner; and his siblings, George Garner, Terry Garner, Lenny Garner and Daun Creater. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
