He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Kulzer and June Kulzer (Walker). He is survived by : his wife Denise A. Kulzer (Berrier); his daughters, Kelly Harlon (Richard) of Port Royal and Nikki Smith (Mike) of Mexico; and his stepchildren, Ashley High (David) of Milroy and Chase Reynolds of Newport. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
