As Glenn departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Glenn. Though Glenn may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Maben and Mary Louise Compton (Johnston); and his brothers, Jack R. Compton and Carl Duane Compton. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Wehmeyer; his daughters, Jennifer Lynn Black (Curtis) of York Haven and Kathleen Ann Swailes (Kevin) of Mifflintown; and his grandchildren, Samantha Black Lillis (Sean), Sydney Black, Nathan Swailes and Caden Swailes. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
