He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Brouse and Helen Brouse (Zaring); his wife Alice E. (Herendeen); and his siblings, Nancy Brouse Brace and Noel Brouse.
He is survived by: his children, Roger I. Brouse (Dana) of Ringtown, David A. Brouse (Karen) of Dillsburg, Ellen L. Depew (Alvin) of Gerrardstown, WV and Karen E. Stouffer (Jonathan) of Mifflintown; his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Brouse; his grandchildren, Rachel Elgin of Matthew Brouse, A. J, Nathan Brouse, Gregory Depew, Eric Depew, Daniel Stouffer and Jason Stouffer; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
