With sadness, we share the passing of Jocelyn Casner of Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. Jocelyn, born on May 10, 1939, passed away on July 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Crozier and Ruth Crozier (Clark); her husband Donald C. Casner; her son Kerry Dea Casner; her sister Dorothy R. Russ; her son-in-law Michael Kane; and her brother-in-law Ronald Stong.
She is survived by: her daughter Tobi Kane; her daughter-in-law Rosemarie Casner; her grandsons, William "Bill" Gilson (Bonita), Ryan Casner, Michael Casner and Stephen Casner; her stepgrandsons, Alexander Kane and Nathan Kane; her great grandchildren, Lexie and Lindsea Gilson; and her sisters, Karen Moyer (Gary) and Joan Stong. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
