She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Shugarts; her husband Larry Kirk; and her sister Joyce Sedlak. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Wagner (Rick) of Lewistown, Karen Brown (David) of Reedsville and Kristie Goshorn (Jim) of Port Royal; her siblings, Lawrence Shugarts of Mifflintown and Louise Shivery of Mifflintown; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Stacie Wagner of Duncansville, PA, Ross Wagner of Falls Church, VA, Cindy Brown of Hershey, Matthew Brown of Orlando, Adam, Callie Goshorn of Harrisburg and Sarah Goshorn of Port Royal.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc. (100 Bridge St, Mifflintown, PA 17059). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Mrs. Kirk's memory may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O. Box F, Mifflin, PA 17058.
