She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. and Mary Watts Sr. (Schultz); her husband Charles E. Tabb Jr.; her significant other Earnest Zimmerman; and her siblings, Charles W. Watts Jr., Thelma Wilson, Barbara Pheasant, Shirley Watts and Earl Watts.
She is survived by: her sister Karen Barlett of Granville; her children, Earl D. Tabb (Scarlette) of Lewistown, Shirley M. Jackson of East Waterford and Charles E. "Turk" Tabb III (Ivy) of McAlisterville; her stepchildren, Shaun Zimmerman (Roxanne), Jacqueline Zimmerman, Eric Zimmerman and Justin Zimmerman; her grandchildren, Rondell Rothrock, Shonna Tabb-McCartle, Tyra Jackson, Cordell Rothrock, Addison Tabb, Charles E. Tabb IV and Ethan Leister; and her great grandchildren, Mia McCartle, Zyla Borttorff, Novalee Schuster and Ryker Robinson.
