He is survived by: his sons, David Champ, Mark Champ (Kristy) and Jeremy Champ (Laura); his grandchildren, Kyle Champ, Ty Champ, Matthew Champ and Mia Champ; and his siblings, Sharon Zagata and Paul Champ (Donna) of Lenoir City, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
