She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Winans and Beulah Winans (Clymer); her son Donald William Smith; and her brother James W. Winans. She is survived by: her husband Garry A. Smith of Milan, PA; and her children, Scott Smith (Michelle) of Sayre, PA, Carl E. Smith (Tina) of Wonder Lake, IL, Lance William Smith (Veronica) of Loganton and Laura Williams (Mark) of Lamar, PA.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
