He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Billett and Eleanor Billett (Cryder); his wife Carolyn M. Webster; his daughter Cynthia I. Billett; his siblings, Taylor Billett and Joan Boyd; and his son-in-law Michael Shaffer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna L. Shaffer of DuBois and Kelly D. Cini (Dave) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Dayna L. Herrold (Eric) of Unionville, Micah J. Shaffer of Philadelphia and Samuel T. Cini of New York City, NY; and his great grandchild Jayde L. Herrold. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
