He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Finnerty and Margaret E. Finnerty (Balas) of Columbia, SC; and his brother William Finnerty (Billy) of Mahwah, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Gloria Finnerty (Tester) of Milford, PA; his sister Kathy Kushler; his brothers-in-law, Richard Tester (Debbie) of Elmwood Park, NJ, Paul Tester (Kathy) of Oak Ridge, NJ and James Tester (Valerie) of Haskell, NJ; and his pet Lop Rabbit. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
