He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Smith (Selneck). He is survived by: his father Howard Smith; and his brothers, Jeffrey Smith of Milford, PA, Clark Smith (Traci) of Pittston, PA and Allen Smith (Annette Weygant) of Barryville, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
