With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Wayne Kelly of Milford, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, New Jersey, who passed away on September 24, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Kelly and Mae Kelly; and his siblings, Gary, Kenny, Robert, Michael Kelly, Peggy Sue Kelly and Patricia Cronk.

He is survived by : his daughters, Kelly Shaffer, Shannon Stephens and Eryn Kelly; his grandchildren, Bradyn, Brody, Jade, Rebekkah and Chloe Bea; his great grandchildren, Paige, Zachary and Isabella; his wife Sandra Kelly; and his siblings, Barbara Kelly and Gerald Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
