He was predeceased by: his parents, Hermann Barth, and Anna Barth, Sr. (Tafel); his former wife Anne Barth (Mikuli); his wife Marie Barth (Card); and his brother Richard Barth.

He is survived by: his children, Laura Frank (Glenn), Paul Barth and Michael Barth (Dorothy); his stepdaughter Kathy Henry (Lenn); his stepgrandson Matthew; his stepdaughter Marylou Hack; his stepgrandson Christopher; his grandchildren, Paul Barth Jr. (Siovhan), Timothy Frank (Laura), Cynthia Barth (Bobby), Joseph Barth (Autumn) and Jacob Barth (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Ezra, James, Eliza, Reagan, Amelia and Joseph.
