He was predeceased by: his father Edward J. Petry; and his great-nephew Francis. He is survived by: his mother Annette Petry (Colantonio); his siblings, Edward (Linda), William (Cynthia) and Laura (William); his siblings' children, Joseph (Marie), Jennifer (Jeffrey), Michelle, Lauren (Thomas), Tiffany (Kevin) and Kristina; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joseph Jr., Clark, Ryan, Mason, Ava, Bella and Aubrey.
