He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bowen and Lorraine Bowen (Fritzinger); and his brother Robert "Bob" Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Lourdes Bowen (Kyota); his daughter Cassidy Bowen; his siblings, Linda Kirby (Jack), Kathy Gillan (Eddie) and James "Jim" Bowen (Dora); and his sister-in-law Maria Bowen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stroyan Funeral Home (405 W Harford St, Milford, PA 18337). The military honors will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
