He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nunzio, Anna Abbadessa, Joseph Wheeling, Sr. and Glen Hunter; and his cousin Daniel Branning.

He is survived by: his father Matthew Michael Abbadessa; his pet Yone; his mother Justina Wheeling Albright (Wheeling); his stepmother Kathy Abbadessa; his sister Gina Kim; his brother-in-law Eli Kim; his sister Amelia Krasinski; his grandmother Patricia Wheeling; and his nephew Julian Kim. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
