Shaffer, Jr. (Tammy) of Loganton and Edna M. Bartlett (Paul) of Florida; and her siblings, Jim, Arthur, Ronnie, Roy, Elma, Ginny and Dorothy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Adaline's name may be made to James Van Zandt Veterans Hospital through the funeral home.
