He is survived by: his sons, Wayne A. Sweeley (Gaylene) of Rote and Mark Sweeley (Stephanie) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Jason (Ashley), Jarrett (Kellyn) and Jaremy Sweeley (Tara); his great grandchildren, Ashton, Shayleigh, Carson, Piper and Sawyer; his stepchildren, John Bailey (Dottie) of Williamsport and Toni Snyder (Jeff) of Lock Haven; and his caregiver Rachael Packer. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Covenant Café of Lock Haven.
