He is survived by: his wife Beverly Barzona of Mill Hall; his children, Tina Killinger (Keith) of Mill Hall and Louis "Buddy" Barzona (Kristen) of Lock Haven; his sisters, Dolores Crissman (Arthur) and Frankie Dershem (Ken); and his grandchildren, Taylor White (Tyler), Alexya Probst (Demetri) and Gennaro "Geo" Barzona (Shawna).

Memorial contributions in Jerry's name may be made to Clinton County SPCA through the funeral home.
